In the event of Buyer Protection Policy coming in force in favor of the customer after thorough investigation, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the product’s total cost per individual order excluding any return/refund processing charges, shipping/logistics/handling fees, platform fees, GST or any other taxes or any other additional charges above the product’s cost as applicable on the individual order in context.

Platform fees, GST, forward and return shipping fee, handling fees, processing fees or any other type of fees charged on the order in any case will be non-refundable as per policy.
