In the offer labeled under “Deals” at “CrispyWear”, referred as “Company”, on the website https://crispywear.com, referred as “Website”, the customer can avail the listed products under deals at ₹1 regardless of their selling price. In order to avail such an offer the following specific additional terms and conditions above the global terms and conditions are applicable on the order containing products listed under this offer:
Availability & Order Confirmation
The products are shipped under this offer only if they are in stock and available at the time of confirmation of the order. If for any reason the product goes out of stock the order will be canceled at the sole discretion of the company. The same shall be notified to the customer before the confirmation of the order.
Placing the order on the website does NOT confirm the order acceptability. A separate notification shall be provided to the customer via the available means of communication stating whether the order placed is confirmed for delivery or not.
Order Delivery & Shipping
Under this offer shipping is handled via our 3PL partners. In order to ship the order which contains a product bought under deals section for ₹1, the customer must make a further purchase of minimum ₹598 from the website to complete the minimum order shipping norms of the website i.e ₹599 as stated under Delivery information on the website. If the minimum purchase criteria is not met, the product purchased under “Deals” offer is automatically canceled. The customer is restricted to purchasing only “1” unit/pcs per individual order sold under deals offer. In case of multiple units ordered by the customer for products under deals offer, each unit will be adjusted into separate orders valuing at a minimun of INR 599 each.
Delivery can take anywhere from 5-10 working days depending on the customer’s address and delivery partner’s proficiency after the order confirmation date. All orders are shipped via trackable courier services and the information to track the order shall be communicated to the customer via the available means of communication.
Cash on delivery orders are subject to an additional charge as applicable to make the order value in norms to the shipping minimums of INR 599 per order.
Returns & Cancellation
The Company holds the sole right to cancel any order for any reason at its sole discretion. The same shall be notified to the customer via the available means of communication. The customer can cancel his/her order by communicating the same to the company before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Order cancellations by the customer before the order has been shipped are entitled to a refund equal to the deal price of the product purchased in the order. Any additional fees charged above the deal price of the product such as platform fee, shipping fee, handling fee, GST or any other type of fees/taxes shall be non-refundable. Refunds applicable shall be processed by the company in 7 working days from the date of receipt communication from the customer for order cancellation in written.
The customer has 7 days to return the product after delivery. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the product is returned and received to the company and undergoes strict inspection to ensure it has not be used or tampered with in any case. Original brand tags must be present with the returned item for a return to be considered valid. Any request for return and refund for used products will not be entertained. “Platform Fee” plus “GST”, if charged, is non-refundable.
Refund amount if applicable will be adjusted for a fixed charge of ₹100/- to process the order return/cancellation as processing fees. Further, forward and return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount as shipping charges are non refundable. The so calculated refunded amount will be provided back to the customer’s original source of payment. In case of COD orders, refund will be provided as “Store Credit”.
